Miller Moving Co. is based out of Brooklyn and serves all of New York City and the Tristate region. Five years ago, our owner Andy started making furniture deliveries out of his personal SUV. Soon after, he purchased a larger vehicle and it was at that time that he saw the demand for a niche clientele that larger companies either don’t want to service or charge too much for- jobs that can be completed with a full-sized van. Never would we turn down a job that requires a truck; but day to day, our bread and butter moves are used with a larger van.

Most companies wont even entertain a conversation about moving a single piece of furniture and the problem is that those who do are asking for a ridiculous fee. A lot of companies have “minimums” that’s rate will far exceed the length of time needed to move a couch 20 blocks away. Our roots came from furniture deliveries and since we never forget where we came from, well never stop doing what started us and got us where we are today. We are not a larger corporate company; we are family owned and operated which means that the mover assigned to your job will actually be with you and care every step of the way!
