It is very important to us that all of your belongings are transported safe and sound. To ensure this happens, have everything as ready as possible so we can have a seamless move out. If you need help wrapping or disassembling any furniture, please let us know in advance so we can make arrangements!

#2- Parking/Service Entrance
Parking in NYC can be very difficult so to avoid tickets and allow us to legally park as close to the building as possible, do your best to try and reserve a parking spot or permit and also please make us aware of the service entrance is not near the front door (speak to your management if you live in a larger doorman building to speak to them when you reserve the elevator).

It is often that people have a lot of “stuff” that they don’t want to bring with them to the next destination. Please let us know if you have any furniture or items that needs to be donated or deposed of prior to the appointment so we can plan ahead for handling whatever needs to go!
